Reserved a handicap room for my 85 year old mother who is in a wheelchair but then at check in was given a standard room. When told them of the problem was told to ask the day manager because he might be able to switch rooms.
Honestly the best service I’ve come to receive from a hotel, I personally want to personally compliment Farida at the front desk for her wonderful service and help…she definitely made my stay here more comforting. 10/10 on the clean rooms 10/10 on the food quality 10/10 on the service.
