I booked a room for 1 for $120 night at this hotel. When I get there, they tried to charge me $175. I showed them the confirmation number and what i paid, but they still didn't want to honor it. Now they are telling me that I have to wait to get my money back. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was pretty decent. The rooms are very spacious, but I do think it needs a deep carpet cleaning or a plug in air freshener! The room had a little bit of an odor. The room service crew did a pretty good job at changing the sheets and giving us new towels/wash cloths.

Gross!! There's a difference between dated and laziness. The floors around the bed look like no one ever takes the time to really clean, same for bathrooms. Furniture is chipped and peeling. I'll never stay at a Hampton again and for over $300 dollars a night felt like a Motel 6.
