Absolutely loved the room an service . Breakfast was great alot of space for everyone. Loved the pool and the spa . Spa was great after a long day of walking.
Clean quiet and space . Only problem the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly the bathroom sink faucet was off center not aligned properly with sink and the room door lock could lock because of the lock was hitting something preventing it to lock properly.
We were stuck in elevator #2 for over 15 minutes. We had to call the emergency number in the elevator and it became very hot while we waited. What a huge fire and safety hazard. After we got out of the elevator they never bothered posting that it was non-functioning. The door to our room was so tight that we had to literally jam it with our shoulder to open it and that is also true of the bathroom door. The shower handle was about knee height.
