We were stuck in elevator #2 for over 15 minutes. We had to call the emergency number in the elevator and it became very hot while we waited. What a huge fire and safety hazard. After we got out of the elevator they never bothered posting that it was non-functioning. The door to our room was so tight that we had to literally jam it with our shoulder to open it and that is also true of the bathroom door. The shower handle was about knee height. Gracie at front desk was awesome and took care of everything for us, very professional attitude and happy to be there. And an indoor heated pool. Very nice stay
The breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
