Hotel is currently going through a renovation. Pool was under maintenance. no ice machine on my floor. gym is very small. Had to ask for my waters for being a diamond member. Tvs dont support any streaming services.
This is a good place to stay in Reno. Clean, quiet rooms without surprises. Staff (Mario @ front desk) was great. After refusing a room at sonesta, we were glad to find a nice clean room and comfortable hotel !

Angel was super helpful during the check in process. Nice hotel with standard amenities. Staff was exceptional.
This hampton is in poor shape and needs to be refurbished. Our furniture in our room 321 was extremely chipped in numerous places, curtain sheers had a huge dirty spot on them, then the shampoo/conditioner bottles were low, conditioner empty! Imagine being in shower, go to get conditioner and none there! The pool was "out of order", breakfast while great, again the tables were so marked up a thrift store probably wouldn't accept them for donation. Staff are great though.
