Exceptional Service at Hampton Inn & Suites I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk receptionist, Lesly. Great experience overall, the location is very convenient, the customer service made feel like a returning customer even though it was my first time been there, big than you to Front Receptionist the one and only Lesly she made the check in very easy and explained me all the blows whistles the stay has to offer. Breakfast bar has all you need to start your day, very clean and need. Sincerely, thank you for your service.
Only Hampton available and now I understand why. Hampton should not allow their name to be used in this establishment. The card is verified but they want a screen print copy of the card. Kinda sketchy that they have a physical book of people's credit card info that someone could just steal if they wanted to. This is a horrible way to do business and the stay was prepaid and they just pushed me away after my company paid for it. Will never stay again. Room a little worn down, roller for desk chair kept coming off. Overall size of room was very large. Pool is nice, but picture shows hot tub and there is not one. Service from staff, free breakfast, and location, tucked away yet close to amenities and freeway, were excellent.
