Location, Location, Location. Love the easy on/off access to the I-5 Freeway. Also, the abundance of nearby eateries within a 10 minute radius. Since this Hampton Inn is relatively new, the property and rooms still has that fresh look without being outdated. With Digital Key access, I rarely have any interaction with the front desk and the Breakfast Hosts are usually efficient and cordial.

Very nice new place and so far everthing had been great. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The parking on-site is great and suggest if you're on the area and in need of a place to stay to give it a try.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hampton Inn should be ashamed of the experience we had. First, the Jacuzzi was broken, and the staff tried to convince us that the pool was “nicer.” When we went into the pool, I stepped directly on feces at the bottom—there were several pieces floating and sitting there. We immediately complained, and only then did they shut the pool down. On top of that, there were no towels available at the pool until much later when they finally brought some.
