Quite surprised and disappointed, I stayed here a week and never received room service once and never received clean towels ever. But there was a note with a QR code when I arrived where I could leave a tip for the cleaning team if I wanted to. Nothank you. And if I was supposed to request service or clean towels I was never told to. For the price, I think I will try another hotel the next time I am in town. Location was perfect, parking was easy since I didn’t need to move my car the 4 days I was there for a conference. Plenty of public spaces to hang out away from my roommate that week. Hot tub was insanely too hot and caused me to turn beet red within ten seconds. And it’s all ages all the time so I walked into screaming kids at 10p on a Tuesday. I was super excited to stay here with my family. Everything was going well until I checked my bank account. I ended up paying almost $700.00 for two nights because they don't know how to train their front desk employees. I had told her I was already charged for both nights when I booked the room. She said no you were not charged and still charged me again!! You know what's worst that they're quick to "accidently'' Charge you but takes one week to get the money back.
