the crew managed my relocation with skill, and even though there were minor grammar mistakes in their briefing, the overall service was professional and i felt very secure.
We often stay at this hotel when visiting family. However this time they were doing construction on the building and we weren’t aware of that, otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else. They did have a sign next to the elevator saying that they were repairing the roof and had to begin work at 7am. But imagine our surprise when we were woken up each day by construction. I opened the curtains at one point and the guy was right outside of the window!
Would not recommend this location until they complete the renovation. Overall the staff were very friendly but we did have to wait 10 minutes for the front desk attendant when we arrived (we were there around 2 but early check-in wasn't available so we waited another 25 minutes in the lobby). The room was ok, staff quickly replaced a missing light bulb and dropped off extra pillows on request (undersized thin pillows were awful). Lots of shopping and parks nearby.
