From the first impression, the lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if staff smokes right outside or what is happening but it was VERY strong. It took a really long time for staff to check us in. The room was not very clean but wasn't dirty enough for us to request a change since we were tired. I would not stay at this location again.
Hampton really came through for me. I visited family for Thanksgiving 2025. The highway was mind numbingly boring and it made my tiredness two-fold. The check-in was 40-seconds and easy. Hands down great experience from the cleanness to the amazing staff. Zoey went over and beyond. (Every other hotel just about I’ve stayed at I’ve always had to go back to the front desk and remind or ask twice for “pillows” or “sheets”) I didn’t have to worry about that while staying here Again Zoey and the whole staff i can’t thank you enough for the experience staying at the Hampton Inn & Suits.
Decent service, okay breakfast, a long-ish wait to check in, but otherwise a decent hotel if you're looking for convenience. The location is the primary redeeming quality.
I will put zero stars if I could . I very upset with my experience at this hotel. I expected a comfortable and welcoming stay, but instead I encountered several issues that made it very stressful and disappointing. I booked a room at this hotel upon checking in. I was told there will be a $75 fee for my dog which is a service animal and then an another $200 deposit fee for our service dog that my card will be charged. This is outrageous.
