Can easily be high 4+ star. Great location. Rooms were clean and morning breakfast area was acceptable. My main issues is with overall cleanliness. Hallway and elevator floors were dirty. Pool had leaves and sediment in it.
After a long 12-hour drive, my family and I finally arrived at the hotel, checked in, and were given our room key. We went to our assigned room to get settled in, but when I tried to open the door, it would only open a few inches before slamming shut. Thinking it was stuck, my mom and I both tried pushing it open.
