I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Plattsburgh, NY for a week while visiting family, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight was the delicious, home-cooked breakfast each morning—it truly exceeded my expectations. The North Country is a place that will always be home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
Had a mostly satisfactory stay at this Hampton inn in Plattsburgh. New York. Staff had a problem with Hilton system going down and they had to issue emergency door cards so that we could get into the room but it wasn't their fault. And we weren't significantly delayed. Breakfast was pretty decent for a free hotel breakfast in a very clean, accommodating space. I have been Hilton diamond for many years, this is the cleanest Hampton Inn you will find. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I typically stay for a week at a time, many times a year and have never had a problem.
