Highly recommend. So may place to eat and nice rooms. Parking can get tricky but overall a plus.
Best place to stay in Plattbrurgh!
I stay in hiltons over 200 nights yearly and am a diamond member. This hotel.wasnt bad but also wasn't as good as others I've stayed in. 1st my room had a bunch of flies.and lady bugs upon walking in. I called front desk and was told they had no other rooms and as I checked in after 9pm there wasn't much that could be done. Sorry that's not acceptable to me.
We stayed in Room 424 and this room was infested with bugs. We checked in at 11 and they didn’t have a room for us to change to. When I spoke to the front desk, they said there “aware” of this problem in some rooms. What? I pay $$$ for a few hours stay and you claim to be a 3 star hotel. This is unacceptable. Wish I knew. Wouldn’t go to a property like this.
