For starters "Q" at the front desk is awesome., made us feel welcome and at home. All parts of the property were great except the pool. Pool area had some room for improvement.
Quick, easy and inexpensive but good quality. Definitely staying here again.
Worst experience I've had traveling. The hotel has had no upkeep. The halls smelled of smoke. The room was musty smelling. My toilet in my room did not flush. We let the front desk know immediately and we got the run around by staff until 1am. They couldn't fix it and I was told I would be moved to a new room which also didn't happen. The manager never emailed me back or returned calls. He was there on our check out day but left early. So he avoided the whole situation. I do not suggest anyone to stay here.
