Pésimo servicio, por parte de cassidy, si eres mexicano evita hospedarte en este lugar ya que te van a negar la reserva y te pondrán muchas excusas para hospedarte. No adjunto foto de la persona pero fue una experiencia HORRIBLE
We enjoyed a pleasant stay here during our visit to Scottsdale. Overall, a decent stay, but the one thing I would mention is the front desk associate during check in was unhelpful. I prearranged for an early check in before traveling to Scottsdale because our flight arrived at 6 am. We arrived about 30 min before our early check in time, and the front desk associate just said she would not be able to help me until the exact minute of the prearranged time. I stayed there for two nights and had a good sleep. The staff was very friendly and focused on customer service.
