The good … The ladies at the front desk are GREAT, I think her name is Deanne, she’s very professional and kind, smart. THANK YOU. But the hotel is FILTHY and outdated, I am a diamond member and I traveled to a lot of these hotels, maybe 20 Different ones in the last year, and this one is filthy all around, the worst HI, my toilet was visibly filthy, I had to ask housecleaning to come and take care of it, I don’t want to post a picture because I don’t wanna gross anybody out, room was smelly like body odor, carpets, elevator... read more
We checked in within moments, and the team made the process effortless genuinely friendly, yet consistently professional. The room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the peaceful street outside meant we slept soundly all night. Considering the rate, the comfort and service felt like a great deal, and I’d happily stay here again.
