Good location close to Mayo Clinic. When you walk in you get hit in the face with a musty smell that is hard to get past. Room looked nice enough for the price but we couldn’t get past the smell. Checked out early.
deanne was a delight and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! she checked in periodically to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. she was very sweet and made check-in and check-out processes smooth and easy!
This is a very nice hotel the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. The lobby is gorgeous and very lively. The room is beautiful and beds are very comfortable. The only negative thing I have is the fact that the hallways have a very terrible smell, it smells quite musty but other than that I will definitely stay here again and again. Well done guys!!
