we stayed there for a softball tournament and the shower was freezing cold. we were told they were sorry but they were full and there was nothing they could do about it. when we checked out, I asked if there was any compensation for the ice cold shower and was given the card of the manager, Tiffany, and was told she would call me. She never did. I called a few times and she was never there. I left a message every time and my call was never returned.
This well-located hotel is showing its age and a refresh would be welcome. Exercise room is marginally maintained. All this being said, location is great with access to food, shopping, and highways.
At first glance, this Hampton Inn & Suites is definitely outdated. While it wasn’t filthy dirty, it also wasn’t very clean and did not meet the standards I usually expect from this brand. The biggest issue was the shower—the water was not warm at all, which was extremely disappointing after long days at a softball tournament. We stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping only removed our used towels and did not replace them.
