I will never return to this hotel. The staff was completely unprofessional, rude, and without a doubt the worst I've encountered in all my travels. Some were clearly under the influence of alcohol, smelled strongly of alcohol, and were even live on TikTok instead of paying attention to the guests. When I asked for blankets, one staff member laughed at me, while another, Milerca ,completely ignored my request.
