I can't say enough about the excellent hospitality and service we received when staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Peoria. We were a large party with several rooms. The spacious, clean lobby was a perfect place to gather. The staff was so friendly & kind. We were often asked if we needed anything to improve our stay. Rooms were large & clean and the included breakfast was the icing on the cake! We would definitely stay there again.
The staff here is very welcoming! Sharon at the front desk deserves recognition. She was always so accommodating and inviting.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Peoria, IL, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel had not met basic cleanliness standards, which was extremely frustrating. The room itself was in poor condition, with visible signs of neglect. There was blood on the wall, which was unsettling, and a used face mask was left on the shelf. Nice staff and amenities . Beds hard as a rock and air wasn’t working so was cold
Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, and beds comfy. Only down fall would be no microwave. Great stay, I'd come back when in Peoria.
