We stopped there to get a room and they were very rude and said the rooms weren't cleaned yet. This was at 4 pm. Not to good for business. She said she had no idea how long we would have to wait.
This hotel was Beautiful and very clean. The Staff where friendly and very helpful. A special shout out to Denalia. She came through with a request that was very important to my travel companion who is a bouble amputee with his last surgery keeping him from walking for very long distances. Hallway and parking. Denalia you are outstanding thank you
Hampton Inn at Pine Forest Road was absolutely superb, the hotel has gone through a makeover and it looks terrific. The staff was excellent and our room was incredible. Our family of four had a terrific stay and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was excellent and again, the accommodations were top shelf. Thank you for taking such great care of us, we will definitely be stopping by to stay with you again.
