Been on the road from Dallas to Pensacola. Got in and Felicia at the check-in desk went out of her way to help me get my digital key and while waiting brought me water and snacks. Felicia provided exceptional customer service and it is greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Felicia!
Clean and tidy Good location Great staff
Location-this is right off the highway and next door to waffel house and cracker barrel so very convenient to jump back on highway. Rooms- for some reason my room had a weird smell when I walked in. The room has a microwave and good size fridge. No Keurig for coffee drinkers but a ground coffee thin packet. The restroom smelled like urine and the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned.
