We had a family emergency with my son in the hospital and we left Atlanta area at 5:30am today and we arrived around 11:00 am with our dog. Tawanna was so kind and explained that folks were just now checking out so there weren’t any rooms available however she took the time to write my cell numbers down and promised she would call me if a room was available and sure enough within 20 minutes she called me and said there was a room available and she was praying for my son and family. We stayed here in 2021 when we were moving to the area and it was a good experience, since then we have moved back to Virginia. We came back to the area this last week for a visit and were blown away. It seems to have been renovated and it’s beautiful and clean. My kids felt like we were royalty in this hotel. Every staff member was kind and said hello, and our room was amazing. Set up so well and you could tell they had the guest’s best interest in mind. Breakfast was good and the gym was incredible!
