Unfortunately, this stay was below the usual standard for this hotel chain. We found a cockroach in the room, there was a leak from the refrigerator, and only one waffle maker was available at breakfast, which caused long lines. The bedding and mattress covers were torn, and there was visible stains on the walls. A spacious room, but mentioned issues made this stay disappointing. I reached out to the property multiple times after our stay, but they have been unresponsive.
Nice and clean rooms. Staff at the front were very nice and helpful. Hotel was quiet and right off the freeway. About 40 minutes to an hour from nice beaches...gulf coast.
