I wanted to rate this hotel higher because the hotel looked nice, the rooms were generally clean and updated, and the staff and service were great. I made a few requests that were quickly met with a great attitude. I rated it as a 3 because I cannot stand humid rooms. We’re on a road trip passing through different cities each night, and this is the third Hilton over the past 2 weeks with terrible AC. Rooms were dated, musty and very dirty. Advised the front desk that we had stains on our sheets and was very passively told “we’ll advise housekeeping”. Came back that evening to a made bed, but stained bed sheet was still on the bed. Advised management after check out and was given the same, passive “we’ll let housekeeping know”. (Pictures are of sheets AFTER they said they changed them.)
