First and foremost I want to thank everyone for their support and reaching out to me in regards to my review about this property. It is really sad that the general manager of this property Stephanie refuse to take ownership of the issues that me and my wife had while we stayed there. She even went out of her way to accuse me of trying to commit fraud and that I created fraud at other properties which Hilton investigated and found were unfounded and very much untrue. My wife booked this hotel for our anniversary and I told her it was the worst mistake she ever made and she agreed. The room was horrible, bugs in the room, let the lady at the front desk know about it they did nothing about it. I would recommend not staying at this hotel. We then went to the Courtyard Marriott across the street from the property and got quality service. If you have to stay in that area I recommend going to the Courtyard Marriott across the street.
Room was spotless. Towels were lovely. Breakfast was great. Check in/out on app seamless. Will be back to this location.
Stayed here for a few days on vacation. Our room was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel inside and out. Everyone was especially friendly and helpful from front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast. We will definitely book again on our next vacation to the beach. I have not one small complaint even if I tried to think of one. 5/5! Until next time!
Room was large, beds were comfortable but the building is dated. They have plumbing issues ie laundry room smelled like sewage (made several ppl aware and night staff stated it was a plumbing issue). The bathroom in the room also smelled bad (assuming plumbing also). Bought air freshener to help control it. Shower head was broken and tub drained slow. Stains on sheets and towels.
