Very clean with large and lighted parking lot for our motorcycle trailer. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hampton has set the standard for clean and reliable experiences.
We stayed here for a stay cation. As we checked in we were told plumbers had been working on a leak in the hotel but the issue had been fixed. We were given a room on the third floor. As we entered the room it seemed we were walking into a sauna! The walls were dripping with water, puddles of water on the floor and furniture. We heard running water in the bath tub. Had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton - Pensacola I-10 North at University Town! 🏨✨ The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was super convenient. 🛏️🚗 The only hiccup? Their computers were down, so they couldn’t make physical room keys. 🔑🙃 Luckily, I had the Hilton app, and my digital key was sent straight to my phone—lifesaver! 📲💯 Love the convenience of the app. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free stay in Pensacola! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
