This place was okay except for the fact that I got burned picking up my coffee cup from the microwave. As you can see from the pictures I put it in my microwave to warm up my coffee a little and when I took it out it literally burned my fingers. There is no sign near the coffee cups saying don't put them in the microwave and there's nothing in the room saying don't put them in the microwave. We really liked the location of Hampton Inn and Suites Pensacola I-10. The hotel is right off the interstate and near several restaurants. Our room was large, spacious and clean. They do offer complementary breakfast but it is really not very good. Other than that we had a great night of sleep
Very clean,quiet, friendly staff. Breakfast lady was very friendly and continued to check food and clean tables. She made us feel welcomed.
Stopped on our way down south Florida. The room was fantastic, service top-notch. Bed was comfortable slept well, breakfast was pretty good.
We stayed for one night, the check in was fast and easy. All of the staff we encountered were polite and professional. The rooms were clean and everything was in working order. The continental breakfast was delicious.
