Got here at midnight just to be told that my room was overbooked and turned away. The front desk was anything but helpful or empathetic. They just gave me blank stares as I scrambled to call other hotels that were all full. Not even a single sorry or explanation on how it was overbooked. I’ve worked customer service before and I’d never treat someone like that.
Excellent . very nice.
This is our third stay here and it was great. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was spacious and beautiful. We had great views out our window. I noticed some reviewers called the area "sketchy" and rundown. We didn't experience that. There is a business park nearby that is not rundown. Also, a very nice bay walk. We never felt unsafe. Shouldn’t of picked this hotel, for the hamptons it’s seriously lacking all reason to come here. Just as expensive (over 200) for mediocre room that was dirty and seemed messsed up. Stayed in 220. Door to bathroom jams shut where you feel like you’re getting stuck inside. Bottom of door ripped to where I was nervous I was gonna get blamed. No updated shower and the head coming away from wall.
