Love this hotel
The bed was pretty hard, but we werent there much just needed somewhere to nap on our travels.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your property in Norfolk Virginia on 11/8/25. Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I expected, and I believe it’s important to bring these concerns to your attention. My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 9:45 am from the airport and were informed by the front desk that no rooms were available for early check-in. This hotel needs an update. Lots of things in room didn't work (including wifi) and maintenance couldn't get it working. The bright side is there is free breakfast and it was fairly decent.
