Your late night staff was rude and lied then one day I went in to use the bathroom in my room and the housekeeper just stopped clean and was not done with the room but clocked out and went home now the younger house keeper did a great job. Clean rooms and exceptionally friendly/helpful staff, especially on the night shift. We stayed twice in two weeks and both experiences were good. A little pricy, but to be expected given the high volume. The only reason I am deducting a star is because we were double charged for the pet fee both times. The first time, I accidentally booked through Priceline (apparently that's where the phone number on the website routes).
