Hotel was right in the middle of the mall and next to scrappers stadium. Plenty of parking. Room was big and clean. Laundry was a bit expensive. Not sure what that’s about.
Made reservations, cancelled and only partial refund. When speaking to employees, can’t get anyone that you can understand. Need to place people on the phone that guests can understand! Both people I spoke to , I had to ask them to repeat 20 times and I still didn’t understand them. HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND!!
