I start my days with a hot shower. Shampoo was out, water pressure was horrible. Went down for breakfast and everything was out, eggs, yogurt, bread, everything besides waffles. I was atleast expecting some coffee, but guess what, that was also out. Mind you, there was still an hour left for breakfast. Very disappointed!
We had made a reservation in advance to ensure we would get a room but when we got there they had us registered for the wrong date we had the receipt to prove we booked it for another day
me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a concert. we had 2 different rooms in different floors but we experienced the same inconveniences. ac was not working for 2 days we were there, the wifi was also in and out of working, the front desk ladies were also rude and giving us attitude when we checked in. The room was fairly clean. someone we are guessing the staff tried opening the door at 8 am without knocking, the only reason it didn’t open was because we dead-bolted it.
I am writing to formally express concern regarding the unacceptable conditions I encountered during my recent one-night stay at your property from Sunday, July 27 to Monday, July 28. I was assigned Room 730 and checked in virtually. Upon waking the next morning, I discovered that the bed I had slept in had stained sheets—specifically, what appeared to be menstrual blood—as well as what looked like pieces of raisins between the sheets.
