I waited for over one hour at station P3 for the shuttle, and it never arrived. I was there with my little children. We called the hotel more than 20 times to find out about the shuttle, but no one answered the phone. At around 1 am we had to ask another shuttle driver to take us to the hotel. There were not even any taxis around that we could take. Stayed at the hotel for one night. First of all the staff at the front desk and the ones I encountered were not welcoming. The girl at the front desk did not speak two words and seem disinterested in helping. The shuttle driver was late and started to watch a video on his phone while driving. I said something to my husband and I think he heard me he looked back and put the phone away. The breakfast was not good. Will not be staying here again.
