Terrible customer service. He didn't attend to the customers, and the employees just laughed and didn't resolve anything.
Don’t book this hotel through Expedia!!! When our flight was cancelled, we booked a room there on Expedia. Took an uber to the hotel and were told the hotel was overbooked and we (and dozens of others in the lobby), couldn’t stay. We had to uber back to the airport and find a new place to stay. It took us 3 months to get a refund from Expedia, which claimed to our credit card company that a room had been provided!
The shuttle took forever even after calling them twice. I waited for over an hour in freezing temperatures. I’ve never staying here ever again. All the other shuttles came and went twice while I was waiting. Keep your flimsy hotel. Your service is insane. God forbid that shuttle service. As a Hilton honors member I am thoroughly disappointed and irritated.
I rarely would write a review but i felt compelled to come on here and let everyone know about the experience me and my family had this past weekend at this hotel. We were snowed in over the weekend and the staff was absolutely accommodating. The room was cozy and warm. I cant complain about the room it was up to par. I am a Hilton Honors member and I feel as though Im not treated as such. I read all the reviews and understand people's comments about the shuttle. I got picked up by the shuttle a bit after 4:30am no big deal. Im not mad that I got dropped off at P3 instead of at the individual terminal where I was flying out of. If this is a new thing im fine with it. However someone should have told me before getting on the shuttle. Come on Hampton Inn step it up with the shuttle the rating justifies just ok.
