the man that answered the phone today at 5:45 at was very rude and gave horrible service. im definitely not the only one that's he's rude to. managers please take note.
As a loyal Hilton Honors member, my stay at this location was beyond DISAPPOINTING. I mobile checked-in to a room that reeked of mold/mildew and cigarette (gross) – also a health hazard. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to go downstairs to ask the front desk for a room change – just my luck her system was down and the lady kept sending me to rooms where there already guests checked-in, at the 3rd attempt finally got an empty room; however, this room had some smell, strain of hair on one of the bedsheet, hole in the... read more
