Nice location easy access to Airport Rd and I-65... this is 1 of 2 places we stay at when visiting family...
I just want to say Hampton Inn & suites is one of the many Hotels that I would stay at over and over again it's on the top of my list upon checking in last night Vanessa greeted us with a smile and a welcome to Hampton Inn she was so professional kind and patient she handled us with care got us check in after we was running late for a church event after getting in the room it was very clean there was NO problems at all this is a first for us cleanliness is very big for us the beds was nice and comfortable I will give the roo... read more
Everything was perfect. The lobby was neat & tidy. The mattress was comfortable. All personnel were attentive & friendly.
This hotel is old and has mold on the ceilings. The plumbing is all very loud. When neighbors shower, you can hear it all in your room. It looks like they’ve tried to do a facelift but missed some key things like gross ceiling, old bathtubs, moldy caulk around bath tubs, peeling paint on doors, poorly touched up paint in hallways, and more. This hotel is a huge disappointment. Staff is friendly but this is not a well maintained property.
