I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m sharing my experience to warn others. I only stayed at this hotel for one night and thankfully that was it. It’s 3:17am and I wake up to me scratching aggressively on my back, I go to the bathroom and saw I had 2 large welted spots on my back. I’m thinking it was a spider bite, I went to go get ice to calm the swelling and I find a beg bug crawling across my sheets!!!! Had a great stay here! Everything was fantastic. One person really shines bright though and that's Ciara! Not sure we're Hilton got her from but they should use that resource more often when hiring employees! She is such a kind soul with a welcoming smile! She exhibits what customer service is all about. I'll be traveling to Mobile for business the next few weeks and I will stay here because of the excellent service from Ciara!! Thank you Ciara for making my stay amazing!
