Staff was friendly, alert to guest needs and efficient. The issue was a strong need for maintenance. Room was clean and well stocked but drains were clogged, toilet seat was loose, and tiles in bath needed new grout. Daily cleaning was done well but a room overhaul badly needed. Breakfast was free and nice.
I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn and give it four out of five stars! The service was exemplary—always with a smile and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the pillows. Breakfast was a nice touch, especially the lemon-flavored waffles. The property is well maintained and inviting.To earn five stars, I’d like to see the pool open and operational, and having a luggage porter would add that extra convenience and polish. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay—I highly recommend it!
The most efficient check-in of any hotel. It was quick and the front desk clerk was friendly, polite and also gave us each a bottle of water. Nice and clean room. Comfortable and quiet too.
