Didn’t stay but everything I saw was clean and the people working are very kind. Just wanted to say thank you to the lady at the front desk for giving me motivation and words of encouragement for my PSI test today. I do not know her name, it was 7:30 am September 21st. To the lady at the front desk, THANK YOU! You are a sweetheart and you have a heart of gold. You are a wonderful woman. 🩷
All was good except the front desk operator/receptionist. I called ahead to ask about bus parking. Very unprofessional answering. I asked for her name as I always do so I may have a conversation with her. She hung up. Never answered again when calling back. I am pretty sure at 9:30pm on Sept 10th it can't be that busy. Maybe she's having a bad day. But definitely retrain her. Gonna be taking the teams to other hotels when in Mobil.
They have always been my only choice when traveling; the rooms are clean and the staff are welcoming.
