Very disappointing experience with management, particularly Jeremy. I went to the front desk to extend my stay by one day, but he was unable to match the rate available to a Diamond member. I’ve done this many times at other Hilton properties without any issue. I even showed him a lower rate on the Hilton app, yet he couldn’t match it or offer a comparable option at the Hampton Inn instead of Home2 Suites. Staff at front desk are very friendly. Rooms are clean and smell good. Pool and hot tub are very clean.
It's a very nice place to rest your head and the families. I would come back here again the staff are always so informative and professional!!! Their is a few employees that stood out, always so helpful and accommodating! Update: their is FREE Wifi but if you want high speed I would suggest the 4.95 a day WIFI!
