I had to stay there because my house burned down and my insurance didn't give me many options. The fire alarms went off at 5am because some kids thought it'd be fun to play with fire extinguishers. Then to put the icing on the cake we finally get a new home and check out just like we're supposed to. We get our receipt and everything then BAM this hotel charges MY CARD 1500 dollars. Clean and updated! Lots of places to eat nearby along with public transit access.
Everything was excellent, aside from some minor complaints. 1) Some doors said that a key card is required for entry 24/7, but automatically opened when we approached. 2) Parking was difficult due to city road construction, but nothing the hotel can do.
We had a late check in for a one night stay. Front desk was friendly enough however asked me to remove my medical face mask after I provided an ID? I work at a hotel this is not a thing, just weird ableist power tripping behavior. At this point it was almost 3am and I didn't want to have a debate on my own health and safety so I just did it.
