Amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, Kelly especially! We were having minor issues with the TV and she upgraded us to a better room, no extra charge! Will for sure be staying here again if I’m ever in Minneapolis again

After driving 3 hours for a work trip we were greeted with such warm hospitality and kindness, the check in process was fast and the front desk associate was extremely helpful with directions to the room and provided us with the best parking options available, the hotel is connected to the skyway which was a pleasant surprise and very convenient to get to both the parking garage and the Minneapolis convention center(20 min walk!)there is also shopping/ food options on the way! the room was very clean and well organized, the ... read more
