Staff is polite. Rooms are not cleaned in depth the carpets are filthy, urine smell coming from Carpet/bed area. They should sanitize these carpets every so often 😵💫😩
I have had a great experience at the Hampton inn! They have a complimentary breakfast meal + they have clean rooms and nice and comfy beds. It’s a great hotel room for when you’re out and about in Tennessee! Edit: The breakfast meal was so delicious! They had lots of different things to choose from like: cereal, waffles, biscuits, sausages. And more!
