The hotel was under construction at the time, the rooms were nice! The breakfast and service was good! My family booked about 15 rooms that weekend we where in town for a funeral. The best part was all the restaurants and stores are right there by the hotel!
Housekeeping is horrible and it appears management does not care. I voiced our concerns over housekeeping pretending to clean the room and taking a $10 tip and did not receive a response. So management did not exercise any integrity in resolving the matter. The entire experience was unbelievable. When we arrived, we believed the only concern would be the hotel lobby in total disarray, the closed gym and closed pool due to renovations. I had the room with the jetted tub it was very nice all the staff was nice I was shocked the room had 2 bathrooms definitely will stay again.
