Clean rooms. Very comfortable. Right on the main drag. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just OK. This is were I would stay again on Mason City

This is a nice Hampton. As usual, the great breakfast spread, Nice King room. Clean. Plenty of towels and rags. The pool looked nice, but I did not use it. Everything worked. Nice television, though, I didn’t use it much either. I watched a little baseball before taking a very short walk to the Pizza Hut restaurant, and having a terrific meal. Guest room, lobby, breakfast area all very clean. I had interactions with 3 front desk people while I was there over the weekend, all very friendly and helpful. A delightful lady in the breakfast area greeted guests each morning. Exceptional service and convenient location! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

I booked the room on Priceline, and searched for hotels with a hot tub due to back problems. The listing on Priceline has a picture of the hot tub that has been taken out. Upon arrival, I was asked for my cell phone number so that staff could text and see if there was anything needed or could do to support our stay better. I received texts the day I arrived and the day after but was there for 3 nights and 4 days.
