I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews here. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but this hotel is disgusting. I have now stayed here twice. The first was July 2025 and at that stay there were several dried blood spots throughout the room (I am a healthcare professional and am confident this is what it was). Honestly, accidents happen but obviously the room wasn't cleaned. The front desk staff was great and moved me to a new room which is why I decided to give them another try. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Hilton corporation allows ICE to book rooms regardless of local policies.
Very friendly front desk staff. They took our $75 pet fee off because the room type we booked wasn't available. Room was large and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Only complaint was that the TV didn't have access to Amazon Prime, Youtube and Netflix, which in my mind, should be on every TV in every hotel on the planet. Who the heck watches cable TV anymore?
The layout and function of the room is very good. The beds with 4 soft pillows on each bed were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our room on the 4th floor starting to show signs of aging but was very clean. It was also super quiet with no noise at all.
