stayed at this hotel for three days. During my stay, everything seemed fine until one night when an employee named Beverly spoke to me in a very impolite manner regarding a door issue. It was after 10 p.m., and the door wouldn’t open as I was trying to get in. Instead of offering help, she addressed me rudely and raised her voice. Excelente ubicación, muy lindo el lugar
Amazing front desk staff!!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was so friendly, everyone says Hi when you pass by them in the halls in the morning. The fitness centre was quite decent. I was able to make it to the gym everyday during my week stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay with good value for the price.
We chose this hotel for two reasons: breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing. The breakfast was terrible—almost nothing was available, and what was offered was very low quality.Even the bread was old and not edible. Parking was another major issue. Although the hotel charges for parking, it was always extremely difficult to find a spot. On some days, we had to wait up to an hour, and at times the only available spaces were far from our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
