My husband booked us a MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE room with two queen beds for our family of four. When we checked in, we were given a king room (one bed!!!) without mobility accessibility. We spoke to the front desk who was unable to help us due to the hotel being sold out for the night and all accessible rooms already occupied. The rooms were clean the lady up front was super helpful and helped us get some stuff figured out.... However the food sucked and the service lady for that was rude... Wouldn't recommend eating breakfast at this location
Digital key did not work on outter doors as I found out in a rain storm. Luckily the staff were paying attention and opened the rear door.
Yes I give this place a five star across the board! The young women at the front desk was very welcoming with a smile on her face, very sweet young women! Nevaeh again was very welcoming! The breakfast was good and the rooms were very comfortable and clean! Now one thing I did not like hearing and really didn’t like the fact that my minor daughter also overheard some of the house keepers speaking in Spanish, which my daughter and I are very fluent in, we heard these women again speaking in Spanish talking really nasty about ... read more
