Easiest check in process I’ve ever seen at a Hilton….i was impressed. I had no issue finding parking come back late after an event. Hotel felt safe. Lobby and front area are clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good. I came across an issue regarding ants in my room…..front staff was amazing in listening to my concerns and resolving the issue. It’s hard to give them anything short of a 5 after what they did to make up for my inconvenience with ants being in my room. I travel quite a bit and stay in hotels and airbnbs multiple times per year and have avoided all Hilton brands as much as possible after a bad experience several years ago at one of their better hotels. I wanted to give Hilton another chance and I was hopeful since this hotel had decent reviews. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay at Hilton most likely for the foreseeable future. Really nice Hampton, Inn in a good location.Easy access to a lot of places friendly staff clean room
EV charging is a positive surprise. Charge point app doesn't show it, but it anyway works using your phone aa an NFC. Pay parking is not so great, but we're too close to an airport to have parking included.
