Shari, the morning front desk clerk, was pleasant and friendly. But the evening clerks were subpar, especially ORELIA, who so rudely snapped at me and threw a fit when I requested to see the rooms before accepting one that I would be happy with. I was very appalled by her behavior and felt so unwelcomed by her that I ended up canceling the room and leaving. Shari the desk clerk was wonderful. She made me feel very welcome and gave me some good information. I will for sure be staying here again.
Came to Vegas for things outside of the strip, so this was a perfect fit. But, even if you were going, this place is a great fit. Extremely clean, much cheaper than staying on the strip, extremely friendly staff, and plenty of amenities. Highly recommended and yet another great experience at a Hampton Inn. Oh, and did I mention the view is incredible?!
