The receptionist was disinterested and mumbled. She made a terrible first impression. The next morning we had an issue to report, the person on reception who I reported it issue to turned out to be a security person as the receptionist was behind a screen eating breakfast! The rim was fine, but the sink was blocked (we didn't find this out until 2am when we used it for the first time) and there were no cups or glasses in the room (same 2am comment). I went to the lobby in the middle of the night because my friend was snoring so badly I couldn't sleep, even with ear plugs in. So I'm minding my own business, sitting, watching TV on one of the lobby couches when an employee by the name of Robin starts to rudely integrate me. I gave her my room number, gave her my key, gave my name, but I wasn't listed as a guess. So now Robin wants me to wake up my friend to prove to her that Im infact a guest. The rooms are spacious. And very close to Las Vegas Convention south hall, just 2 blocks away. Just walk to competition and back.
