We paid for out of state relatives to stay at this hotel over 4th of July weekend 2025. They got back to their room one night to find thousands of ants. They got to change rooms and was told that management would be calling us on Monday about a refund. Well, they did not. When we called twice, we were told they knew nothing about the incident. I booked a room on Jan 5th and opted for the prepay option as our plans were firm. Three days later, I went to the website to add an additional room and found out the pool was closed until July 2026. Apparently it had been closed for several months already. This was not on the website when I booked the room on the 5th, and when I called the hotel, the staff agreed it was not noted and likely due to the new year rollover.
