We were visiting friends in Kokomo. Was able to do some visiting, shopping in the area. The room was pleasant, the staff was very professional and friendly.
Clean rooms
Sorry to say, but this hotel has seen better days. As good as it was a few years ago, it has had trouble keeping up. The rooms have become a bit more run-down. If you have pets, then it may be OK for you, but we are allergic, and the pet odor was too much that we could only stay one night and moved to another location.
Small rooms and dated decor. Staff is rude and not helpful. Every question asked the answer was no. Can u turn off the fireplace in the lobby as it is hot in the common area. Answer: No. Can we checkout an half hour later. Answer:no. Pool is closed for 6 months to fix but no one working on it. Exercise room is the size of a closet with no dumbbells and 1 of the 3 machines are out of order.
