If you are staying for weeks on end...do yourself a favor and just bring your own cleaning supplies. The towels are refreshed every 2 or so days but the linen is only changed upon request, otherwise, the bed will just be re-made. Even though I spoke with the owner on last night, asking that the bathtub be cleaned, the tub was not cleaned nor were the floors swept or mopped. Oh...they did leave fresh towels and made the bed. The supply for breakfast was poor, no plain bagels, only bagels with seeds that this older lady cannot eat. They didn't have any of their normal ToGo bags either. Pool has been closed all summer for renovation, didn't know it took that long to fix a pool, strange.

Super clean with indoor pool and great breakfast. Check out noon instead of 11 and breakfast until 10 instead of 9. Will definitely stay here again when in KC. Service was also amazing.
The management of this hotel is awful. They schedule service with a company for the repair of their equipment and hire someone else then refuse to pay the company that the bailed on with no notice. Horrible people most likely a horrible hotel.
