Run. Run far. We had 12 families stay here for sporting event. 5 families had to have their room recleaned or moved because the room they were put in was so gross. The gentleman at the front desk didn't seem to care. This place is old and gross.

I just love staying here! I love that the outside has (mostly) dark sky compliant lighting, it doesn't look like there's a SWAT incident going on by blasting the building with light. I love the warm color palette inside, it's so calm and welcoming, just what you would want in a hotel. Everyone is so friendly. Everything is tidy, clean and in order and the breakfast is wonderful. Thanks so much!

The stay was simply awful. This sounds crazy, but it happened. The desk clerk was so incredibly rude that our guests left the hotel after he told them he had called the police to arrest them because he THOUGHT they were scammers! (He was lying about that, but it terrified them.) I went back the next day to see a manager, and spoke with a kind and helpful person. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the man working at the front desk. The reservation was under my sister’s name and was booked using her Hilton Honors discount. I arrived before my sister, and instead of professionally explaining the hotel’s policy, he accused me of trying to “scam” the hotel. He also told me that if my sister did not arrive right away, he would report her to Hilton and make it appear as though she was selling the room.
