The african american guy at the front desk is very kind. I’m not a fan of the layout of this motel or the location it’s very dingy, but that man at the front counter was so kind, and he made the experience very pleasant.
Great location, about 15 to 20 minutes away from almost anything in either Kansas City. The staff was great, the breakfast was a little above average for a free hotel breakfast. The hotel was still overpriced as the beds were comfortable but felt old, the room was muggy until the AC was turned up high, the tiny pool was closed, the exercise room was tiny and the ice machine is broken.
Coach of softball team here. Just really appreciate when staff are friendly and accommodating to our team. We try and be respectful when we are traveling and Elana was absolutely so awesome to help our team get settled at the front desk. She went above and beyond and we will be back!
