booked a room with expedia,went to the hotel its like 4am from a long drive..arrived at the front desk with no people arround..were looking for someone for about 10 mins until this young black guy finally showed up, the first thing he said is they are already full..what a joke did not even ask where did we book it and offer cancellation right away..
First of all, let me start saying the lady when I checked in worked through shift if I don’t know her name, but she is excellent the next morning I counted the front desk clerk I need a blow dryer. She was excellent that afternoon the gentleman who works second shift I told him before I left for my event that the air wasn’t working When I came back. I told him that the AC wasn’t working.
