I often stay this location during JSU football season. The staff does well taking care of the Hilton honors guests.
Wow what an amazing experience!!!! Demarco at the front desk went over and beyond to make us feel extra special. He had a smile each day and made sure we were comfortable and able to enjoy our stay. Although we were there because my mom had to be in the hospital he made the trip bearable by going the extra mile Thanks for everything Demarco we will be returning
Front desk clerks, chiefs kiss, the older lady thats sets up the breakfast is very nice and consistent but the cleaning crew, the housekeepers are trash and they are liars. My family and I were there for 2 weeks and not once did they come and clean the room. The most they did was bring 3 towels and a roll of tissue in the room and sat it in the kitchen. My family and I did everything thing else, we even took trash to the dumpster and bought our own cleaning mops broom etc to keep the room clean. I requested twice for the roo... read more
Among the Hampton hotels, this one is definitely not very well located and quite difficult to find. While the staff was very kind and helpful, our experience was disappointing. Breakfast was not good, with burnt bacon, and the pool was dirty, which really affected the overall stay. Honestly, it is a place only suitable for spending one night rather than for a longer stay
I arrived to the hotel around 7pm. I waited outside the door for 10 minutes waiting on my mobile key that never arrived. Luckily someone came that had a key. Aftwr i showed proof i had a room, they let me in. I then waited an additional 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to help me get a key. After what seemed like an hour Austin the front desk clerk appears out of the office as if nothing was wrong.
