They have purposely closed the pool for the weekend during a soccer tournament and other events. Front desk immediately gets defensive and says it’s for a part. Been doing these soccer tournaments long enough to know what the real reason is. Room is mediocre at best. Door needs to be slammed to close. Will not be returning. We are in the area at least twice a year. Now we will just stick with Marriot properties

Was a clean room, is really all I can ask for.
Dee is a wonderful human. Yall hired the right person to work for you. She made our stay excellent. We had a small incident with some asshole teenagers, but she handled very professionally. THANK YOU DEE!!!!!!!
Rooms are nicely updated… however, I felt like my covers were not changed!! Checked in 2/14 got into room 405, thinking okay this is a nice room. I pulled the covers back and laid in bed ( mind you my 6 month old is checked in with me) bed smells like a sweaty man, and there are like crumbs in bed… called down for a change of covers, man was nice and polite switched me to a different room… sheets smelled way better… but pillows still had an “dirty” smell to them… like someone’s oily head.
