Front desk staff was very friendly and polite. I was happy to find that the rooms were actually more updated than the photos online showed. Room smelled very clean upon entry and everyone enjoyed all the options for breakfast. The only downside was the pool was SO freezing cold. I’ve never been in a hotel pool that cold before. We actually live in town so the only reason we stayed here was to let our kids swim, which they barely did because the water was so cold. Great front desk experience every time!!
Language barriers with cleaning staff, other than that stay was good. Employees of the front desk and breakfast were always kind, as we were there for my 33 year old, mother of 5, daughters death. You could tell the employees were different from our last stay, for my mother's funeral. Also the colors were changing on the inside them also made us think it was different owners.
Breakfast is very good but was bummed that the pool is still out of commission.
