Absolutely ridiculous how their staff treats guests. They couldn’t check us in for hours and instead offering any discount or reduction in price they berate guests and lie to them while they check in everyone else. Do not recommend staying there or even interacting with their Carlos Acevedo, their GM or Natalie, one of their managers.

Conveniently-located hotel, one of the better properties in the area. Easy access to the lovely town and picturesque areas. Plenty of street parking and lot parking around the corner and behind the property. Valet parking is available. Room was nice but zero view: not terribly soundproof, and poor water pressure in shower. I liked the steaming options on the large tv monitor. Staff was friendly and the complimentary hot breakfast was good. Nice airy breakfast room lots of seating options indoor and outdoor.

Very loud. Kids screaming, large parties yelling up and down the hallway at all hours. Doors and walls are so thin you can hear them like they are in the room next to you. And its not just guests. Housekeeping sounds like they are rearranging furniture everytime they are in a room cleaning. And they yell to each other in the halls. The rooms are nice and clean. Clean and new rooms, good breakfast, outstanding location, and pretty good gym too. I was pleasantly surprised - I had moderate expectations and this place overdelivered. A very solid place to stay when visiting northern Long Island. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel Best for weddings and High school reunions !! Great Huntington hotel for location. The old town hall was converted to a hotel. WOW !! New feeling and modern. The rooms work very well. Upgraded bathrooms kitchen area. Exercise room top shelf. Manager Jose Luis is on top of this operation. Lots of extras to make your stay more comfortable. Parking can be ruff, but the town has ample parking behind the hotel. If you are coming to Huntington this is the hotel to stay. I will be back !!
