Great staff
This is a very clean hotel. The front desk person Portia offered great customer service and was very pleasant. The manager Terrell was great with customer service & very accomodating. I would refer this hotel to anyone who's looking for a good night sleep in a clean hotel only downside would be the driveway you can pass it if you are not paying close attention.
Friendly staff...only thing I didn't like was the heated pool not needed in summer or at least turn in down.
Stayed here a couple years ago and it was an enjoyable stay, so we decided to stay here again. This time around it was not the same. The hotel states it's done a full renovation but it looks like they stopped short with the bathroom. Bathroom was definitely lacking and looked old. The king bed was not comfortable, I could feel the springs the entire time. The sofa bed was even worse. I found a bug crawling on the wall in the bathroom and one on the wall by the bed.
