Great location. Customer service is amazing and rooms are clean. Water pressure & hot water is great. Pool is nice. Close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and interstate. Smaller town so some luxuries that bigger cities offer arent available but Dallas is an hour drive away so at least its somewhat close. Pillows is my #1 compliant. Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay at this hotel. As soon as I arrived, I noticed dead cockroaches near the entrance. I went upstairs to my assigned room on the third floor and saw even more cockroaches before I even stepped inside. I immediately came back down and told the front desk I wasn’t comfortable staying there. I left the hotel without using the room. Despite this, they still charged me.
