Just a heads-up for anyone considering staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Greenville, TX. My experience has been very disappointing. The customer service has been rude and unwelcoming, and I did not feel that this hotel was family- or child-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this location again and cannot recommend it to other families. Hopefully management will address these issues so future guests have a better experience.
The entirety of the staff at this location makes the stay much more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
The clerk on the first shift had told us it was ok to use the swimming pool with a conference room rental . As we arrived ready to go swimming with the 4 people that were only swimming. The new clerk was rude and not happy or welcoming what so ever I knew something was wrong right of the back . She denied our swimming as we were promised… what a disappointment that she didn’t even wanted to make up for their mistakes. Let’s get staff up to par on information or take care of the customer .
