they dont change their sheets and have bed bugs alot
I stay here every time I'm in Greensboro. Always clean, friendly staff, great hot breakfast in the morning. Large comfortable rooms, very quiet. I enjoy speaking to Karen the manager, very hospitable and professional, always a delight to see her. I've attended a few events held at the hotel, the meeting room was spacious and well lit, close restrooms. I won't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended!!
On Nov 15, 2017 I made a reservation at the Hampton Inn Greensboro Coliseum and I've called numerous of times over the course of the year to confirm my reservation. I received an email on Sept 25, 2018 confirming my reservation. On Oct 22, the GM Karen Grissom CANCELS MY RESERVATION less than 2 weeks upon my arrival!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I stayed there for a convention last weekend. I spend alot of time traveling for work and most of the time stay at Hilton hotels. I am a gold member, but was treated like an inmate checking in to prison. I made a complaint to the front desk and they referred me to a manager that has spent the last 3 days avoiding my calls. bad form, horrible customer service, will not be staying here again.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 days for the National Gymnastic meet. Put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door. Came back and was pleasantly surprised they had left a note, more toiletries and fresh towels outside the door. We have stayed at many hotels and have never had that happen! It made our morning so much easier. Wonderful place with a friendly staff! We will eat back!!
Not all staff but mike Michael is very rude!! I hadn’t said 3 sentences to this man and he says to me from earlier I know you have a talent of misunderstanding things. He was upset because I was told my rooms would be connected he swore no one would ever tell me that.
