Left a review, with no response, back in Jan, 2025. You still need to refund me. Your staff is horrible and unprofessional, and they dress terrible. What happened to uniforms? At least a shirt rather than a nasty hoodie that looks like they slept in it. Not one of the staff members were presentable in any sense of the word. They added charges to my bill as well. 🤬
This is the Ritz Carlton of Hampton Inns. The staff is excellent. The rooms are beautiful. You can’t beat this place in the whole area. Thank you so much for such a great experience my first visit to Grand Rapids.
A nice no frills place to stay, recommend.
I visited this hotel for the 5th or 6th time on Saturday and was very disappointed in the behavior of staff. I normally feel welcomed and enjoy coming to this hotel, but this time was beyond different. I called in advanced to reach out to see if the hotel was allowing early check in as they’re normally are very accommodating and as I said hello the person hung up. I reached back out and the person at the first desk was coming off as rude and said that they’re not allowing guests to check in early because they’re over booked.... read more
The rooms are super nice, very clean, and the location is great. We left a couple items of nice clothing in the bathroom. I called within an hour of leaving and talked to one staff member who said they would call back and they would let housekeeping know. They didn’t so I called again later that day, they said they would write down my information and call me back.
