Great location and staff. Don't miss Bob's Bar just down the street with it's old school classic neighborhood vibe.
Brett was awesome. Great customer service and comfy room. Highly recommend if you are visiting in town for a show at Frederick Meijer gardens
Great Place to stay, the lady at front desk was very nice.
Having the ice machine against a room wall is pretty inconsiderate. 🥴 Luckily there weren't many guests, but the buzzing sound was loud. Very average place; parking is weird and $18 a night. Read all the signs plastered everywhere to direct you!!! Breakfast was good and coffee was better than expected (& two flavors of coffee creamer!).
This should have had a 5 star review as the structure is great, but the garage entry failed the second day, making parking worries one. Then our third day they hadn't cleaned the room or replaced the linens. No towels. No clean sheets. No emptied waste baskets. They skipped the room even though it was on the schedule. I expected better from a Hilton property.
