Comfortable clean rooms and close to downtown activities.
It was near the John Ball Zoo. We had a nice stay BUT there was only one elevator working and it took a long time for the one elevator that was working to get us as there was a baseball tournament going on and the hotel had many guests using one elevator. The spa/hot tub was also not working and the pool was absolutely freezing. Beds are very firm. They also do not warn you that it is another $18 a night to use their parking garage.
This place was a great place to stay if your in the GR area. The work with Butterworth hospital. Beautiful room nice view. Soon as I walked in the room tv on welcoming me. Staff was great big thanks my daughter is in the hospital an ya'll were vary helpful.
