Friendliest staff! We travel a ton for work and this is by far the best service of the places we stay. Front desk staff is friendly, the room is cleaned on time, just overall great service.
Just stayed here for 4 days. For a moderately priced hotel, the amenities are surprisingly complete. Breakfast buffet was very good! But the best thing about this location was the staff. Always friendly and attentive and a couple of times I needed help they went above and beyond with a smile. I will stay here again (and there are many comparable hotels nearby) next time I visit Grand Forks!
