The first time we stayed here in 2024, it was fabulous. Excellent service, clean, amazing view from our room, and our kids love the pool. The second time in 2025 was not as great. My biggest problem was that they gave us the wrong room. We booked a King with a pullout so that our family of 5 could all fit. When we arrived they tried to put us in a room with just a King. I'm not sure where the check-in host thought we were all going to sleep, but he offered no solution as all the other Kings with pullouts were booked. I final... read more
Excellent hotel, very clean and great service. Breakfast was very smooth and easy to prepare. The pool was good but small for adults.
