We have been staying at Hilton properties on our cross country trip. Overall the hotel was pleasant and we would stay again. We had a flat tire while we stayed at the hotel. The staff was helpful to allow us to stay until we got the tire fixed the next day.
The room needs some updating. The furniture is chipped, the office chair was broken, the lampshade was damaged. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. Don't just take people's money, do the upkeep! I don't recommend it at all.
PROS Checks all the boxes in terms of quiet rooms, comfortable bed, clean rooms, friendly staff, updated lobby, hallways and doors, HVAC worked as it should - adding to my list of hotels for next trip to the area. CON: Not the greatest of areas per se, a lot of motels / hotels, nothing within walking distance for restaurants. Not a big deal since most are driving.
