Very disappointing customer service experience. I booked a reservation for my cousin’s wedding shortly after having a baby and unfortunately missed the cancellation deadline by about a day. Although I still canceled over a week before our scheduled stay, I understand policies are in place. When I initially called, John at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding. I don't know why hotels can't do the easy deal of cleaning a room. I checked out after 7 days and re checked in. I specifically said to clean my room. Now if I was a new customer coming my room would be clean! Why is it they say " oh since you checked out and in ( for 7 day stay) you only receive a stay over service! Why is that! How long do I have to check in and out from to get a real cleaning ( mind you what they used to do all the time before covid). Do I need to stay a month for you to actually clean my room! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service! Words truly can’t express how wonderful the staff at this hotel is. Paula was an absolute gem. My girlfriend and I were planning a stay at the hotel, and I secretly called ahead to arrange an upgrade to a suite. I also asked if there was anyone who could help decorate the room with romantic decorations I brought with me as a surprise for my girlfriend. We stayed here twice this month while traveling. Both times were were very impressed with Carla who is in charge of the breakfast service. Quite the hustler. She keeps things neat and tidy. Thank you Carla.
