Nice, clean hotel. Lots of choices around it, but not in the heart of Duluth.
Excellent accommodations! I have stayed at many Hilton properties, primarily Hamptons and Home2Suites and this was one of the best I have had the pleasure to stay. The hotel both inside and out was in great condition and very clean. The front desk clerk, Alexis, was so pleasant and greeted me with a smile every time I approached and was very accommodating. Hot tub was closed. Bathroom in pool closed for at least 3months a staff member told us. Window frames in pool all rusted. Small pool. Breakfast lady has an attitude. The rooms smelled like sewer back up. Small parking lot. Wouldn't turn on fire pit because it drizzled earlier in the day. We stayed here to mix it up, what a mistake. Never again.
Great rooms, I was right next to the pool on the 1st floor and still didnt have any disturbances. Pool and hot tub indoors are nice. Staff is fantastic. Got some great recommendations for some more local areas and tourist spots.
