I was charged a different rate than the Hilton app said. Because I didn’t scroll down far enough on the confirmation email, I did not see the price almost doubled. There is NO way this hotel is worth $330 per night. A clear bait and switch feeling. On check in, I said I checked in online and was never asked for an ID, just handed room keys which I thought was disturbing. The hotel was clean, what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. Basic but safe.
Normal, maybe updated Hampton. Had a problem with a very noisy AC unit. Got it changed one day while we were out. Unfortunately the new one made a different noise, just as loud. They did work very hard to give us a choice to change rooms in an almost full house. Everyone was very nice , special praise for Paula !
Brandon at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. There was confusion with our third party reservation and he really helped us figure everything out!
