I've stayed at this hotel many times for work and this is the first time they would not give me a digital key until I checked in at the desk. That defeats the whole purpose. I chose my own room upon check-in the day before and at 4:15 it still wasn't ready. They gave me a new room that smells like dog. If you own a dog, you know the smell. Not sure what happened this time around because I've never had a problem in the past, but this might be my last time here.
My only complaint is the breakfast. I don't believe it is this hotel specifically. In general, the quality of continental breakfast has gone downhill (low quality/cheap) while the room price increases. Everything else was wonderful.
