Seems clean but pillows, linens, and mattresses are all well beyond their retirement date. The Peloton bike and treadmill are both out of service. Front desk says no one to fix Peloton. Did not even bother to ask about treadmill. Decent weight machine and an adjustable bench but no dumb bells. Air conditioning is fantastic. Front desk was welcoming, too.
I’ve never had a bad experience with the Hamptons until I stayed at this location. I live in the Littleton area, and all my neighbors are white. I’ve never dealt with racism, but the people out there are absolutely amazing. The two ladies who worked there were Mexican, and they were glasses and one had a big mole on her face. They were absolutely horrible, rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. We had a very small room for 3 people it was hard time moving around plus thier needed be extra chairs we had to sit on our beds half the time
Perfect location near red rock amphitheater! Clean friendly staff. Breakfast included. Hampton Inn never let's me down. Quality at a reasonable price. Parking was free.
Our stay here was excellent! The hotel itself was amazing and comfortable but the staff is what really did it for me. Every single person we had an encounter with was very kind and smiled. This goes for the front desk people and room service. When room service saw we were having an issue with something, they would jump in and offer to help us out. You don’t get service like that now a days. I would definitely go back.
