Great beds, mini suite layout, not new, but well cared for. Staff is very nice and expedient.
Very clean rooms and they have an open pool n hot tub
Swear the people above us had baby elephants in their room that apparently needed to go potty at 4am. Hot tub was AMAZING until you turned on the jets....then the tub filled with white foam. Gross. Kids were allowed in the hot tub... which REALLY took away from the peace when trying to relax. Breakfast was ok... beds were decent.
I have stayed at MANY hotels over the years, and have chosen Hilton as my main hotel as I usually have no problems, even used to work for Hilton as a Shuttle Van Driver, so I know how hard the room cleaners have it, yet the room was dusty around the lamps, with dead flies in the window, and THE MOST DISGUSTING HAIR BLOWER I HAVE EVER SEEN! But, will still give a 3 star review, as again, I can understand the hardship, plus I asked for early check in, and that may have made it harder to clean...
