I have been an honors member for years never had such a horrible experience. The renovation was such an inconvenience and no filtration for all the construction dust on top of a barely working elevator. Asked for room service my 2nd day there and never got it, had to take out my own trash, get my own towels etc.. asked front desk why they said they only service every other day which was fine but I stayed 4 days and never got room service after several requests. We had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Our floor smelled brand new, and the rooms were spacious. I especially loved the complimentary 24-hour coffee bar since I drink coffee throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was very good, and I even made a great waffle! Friendly staff. Clean rooms, groundsand building, excluding the remodel materials at the back of the building but we where aware of the remodel going on before booking. The free hot breakfast was the normal hot breakfast but they had diffrent varieties then other hotels, like berry and original waffles, potatoes with onions and peppers, and the omelets had veggies in them.

We arrived to find the hotel is under renovation. The rooms are older and the update is much needed. The TV in our room did not work and unfortunately after completely unpacking we had to change rooms. We were in town for a family event and had 4 rooms in this hotel. All of us experienced key issues and had to visit the front desk multiple times to have them replaced over 2 days.
