My recent stay was very pleasant. My room was very clean,the beds were comfortable and everything I needed for a pleasant stay was provided. I was there over multiple days and the breakfast each day was excellent. This Hampton is an older one but didn't effect my stay in any way. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Most recent review. Many things improved but still some issues. All problems of 6 fix except for #6 unqualified or not well trained front desk person. Here are the issues- 1. Front desk person did not acknowledge Diamond status and when pressed on what I get for diamond offered only water and would not offer something snack which is clearly listed online. 2. My keys would not work at the pool but did get it fixed by night shift front desk as well as added towels that were missing. 3. Online checkin did a downgrade instead of... read more
