Overall, it was a very good experience for an overnight stay while traveling across the country. The staff were super professional and accommodating! Pet stay fee is a bit high. Always like the free breakfast at Hampton Inn. Plenty of nearby restaurants with a good variety pf options.
This is our 6th evening here at Hampton as we are visiting family and friends for the holidays. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this hotel! Starting with the top notch customer service at the front desk. Our suite was IMMACULATE. The look and feel of the interior was cozy- classy. Do not stay here alarm went off at 2 AM. My little brother and me couldn’t sleep at all manager hung up with me on the phone. She said that it’s normal the alarm to go off at 2 AM. They can’t the systems I stay in hotels everywhere for my job is never a problem and she hung up on me when I was just explaining why I should receive a refund and she said because I left I don’t get one, but when before I left, I made sure I asked the attendee if I have to be there for the refund, she said no that’s why I left she the manager sai... read more
