Gute Lage für Fahrten nach Dallas (eigentlich knapp 8 Min., aber gerne auch mal 25 Min. !) Sauberes Hotel, trotz Nähe zu allen Schnellstraße ruhig, da vermutlich gut gedämmt).. Das Personal - besonders am Empfang - ist eher "verhalten freindlich", man grüsst nicht und schaut auch eher genervt... Der Restaurantbereich war ebenfalls (wie die Zimmer sauber)...

I booked this hotel for 2 nights 1st night tv didn’t work the guy had to come try to get it working but it wouldn’t he took it off the wall and I had to help him put it back so I had to move to another room smells beds are so uncomfortable pillows are totally deflated hair in towels spiders in the room but they asked you on a text how is your stay so far 1-5 1 was my rate but nobody does anything about it plus it’s noise all through the and a dog was barking in another room no sleep breakfast was not good muffins dry so if y... read more

I ❤️ Hampton Inn hotels, even as a little girl. That hasn't changed as a grown woman 😉 This hotel is located off I-30 in Dallas, but it's far enough from the highway, you don't hear any traffic or noise. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, beds and pillows comfy, large bathroom with walk in shower. The pool is outside, yet it's kind of 'protected' from the elements if that makes sense. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming which I've never experienced at a Hampton Inn before. Donna is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She does not care about guests and will air personal issues to make you uncomfortable. Someone should really talk to her about that.
