Solid place. Great daytime location. Works for me because I'm from Dallas, but others categorize the area as threatening. I've stayed here for over 8 years without incident. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast and coffee are good. Attendees are mostly cheerful and welcoming. I used this place during a power outage at the Grand Prairie base, and we were welcomed and supported in the lobby area. This is a staple hotel for me
Check in on my phone was giving me a hard time so I had to talk to the front desk. Taneshia at the front desk was so patient and helpful, not only working through the app but making sure check in was a breeze! As a Hilton member it’s always nice when the person at the front desk recognizes, and she did. Even made sure we got our waters. (Which doesn’t always happen.) Room was clean and comfortable upon arrival, will definitely stay again and recommend this place!
As someone who previously worked as a flight attendant, I have had the opportunity to stay in more hotels than most and understand very well the difference between good service and poor service. Unfortunately, this property did not meet even basic standards, let alone exceed expectations. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. This hotel is nice. It is off the i30 interstate. It is close to nice restaurants and fast food. The Best feature was Sydney the front desk concierge! She is AMAZING! My husband was in Dallas for training, so I needed some fun stuff to do. Sydney did not disappoint!! She recommended shopping, food, cafés!!! Her overall personality is an A+++++. She provides top notch service with a smile and an excellent attitude! We will definitely visit this hotel again!!
Everything was amazing besides the water pressure front desk ladies was amazing as well breakfast was good also
