TV did not have anything other than cable. We call the front desk who says we have to pay for Netflix(duh). We keep troubleshooting. We go down and talk to the front desk who tells us actually none of the tvs at this hotel are smart tvs (not true) & none of them have Netflix. We also explain the A/C is not cooling our room and are told they don’t have any other rooms. There’s nothing they can do. 30 minutes in and it’s still very hot in our room.
