Great hotel never disappointed great staff nice and very friendly and informative nice and cozy rooms
Room was nice and seemed pretty clean. Pool was yucka yucka. It’s not even 5 feet deep and you couldn’t see the bottom because it was so cloudy. There was a layer of film on the top and lots of algae growing. Something is off with the maintenance or the chemicals in the pool and it is not safe to swim in.
Typical Hampton, clean and nice enough but in Dallas East at the interstate frontage road in a horrible area.
Latonya at the desk was an incredibly hospitable person. She Is probably the warmest and best hotel Clerk we have ever met, & made it an awesome experience!
Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast in the mornings. You can get tea and hot coffee almost anytime
